Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you confirm that you are 18 or older, have the necessary funds, and agree to the terms below.
You also agree not to issue chargebacks or disputes. If anything needs correction, contact me directly.

✦ General    • I reserve the right to deny any commission.    • I only do rigging — I don’t create any vtuber model art.    • You will receive .moc3, .json, and a folder with textures,        expressions, and idles/animations.    • You're responsible for making sure your device runs the rig         correctly.    • You may leave the commission queue at any time — just let         me know.✦ Payment    •Payment via PayPal invoice only.    •Payment is split:
        50% before I begin
        50% after final approval, before final files    • Final payment can be split into parts if needed.    • Final files (files without watermark) are only sent after the full         payment is completed.✦ Revisions    • I will send small video previews during the rigging process.    • If you want anything changed, you must let me know        immediately at that stage.    • This avoids issues later — if something big is requested after         approval, I may not be able to change it.    • Small fixes are fine anytime, including up to 1 month after        delivery.    • Bigger late changes (ex: facial redos, physics rework) count         as a new commission.    • I may refuse changes that go against the rig’s original         intention or involve misuse— be transparent!✦ Creative Boundaries        I can work with:
               • Human and humanoid characters.
               • Animal hybrids (kemonomimi, furries).
               • Models with partial armor elements (gauntlets,                  pauldrons, breastplates)
               • Mystical beings with humanoid bases (centaurs,                  mermaids, etc.)
               • NSFW Content        I cannot work with:
               • Mechanical/robotic designs
               • Pure armor entities
               • Copyrighted IP (without written permission)
               • Hate symbols or discriminatory themes

✦ Client/Artist's Privacy    • If you want your rig or progress to stay hidden until debut, please say so before I start, there’s a small privacy add-on fee for this.    • If you don’t mention anything, I may share WIPs or post final clips after your model reveal.    • Your files will never be shared with anyone else, unless for legal purposes.    • PSD and MOC3 files will remain strictly confidential between the artist, rigger, and client — never distributed without written consent.    • Make sure your expectations match the style and scope of my rigging — ask if unsure.    • Stay in touch during the process — communication avoids problems.✦ Deadlines and Delivery    • Let me know about any deadlines before starting the        comission.    • I won’t accept projects with shortened or rushed deadlines        once we agree on a timeframe.✦ Usage
        You Can:
               • Use the model in streams, videos, etc.
               • Post and monetize content using the model
               • Modify within tracking software (like Vtube Studio)        You Can't:
               • Claim the rig as your own work
               • Resell or redistribute the model
               • Edit the .cmo3/.json files directly
               • Use the rig or previews in AI tools or training data
               • Skip crediting me — visible credit is required                  (description, bio etc)
               • You cannot modify the rig manually (Live2D Cubism                  edits, etc).✦ Credits & Rights    • Please give visible credit for the rigging.    • I retain the right to display the rig as part of my portfolio.    •After your first model reveal, I can post showcase clips on my        social media or website.✦ Refunds    • I do not offer refunds✦ AI Policy    • I work exclusively with human-created artwork. AI-generated       references or base models are not accepted.    •If undisclosed AI involvement is discovered, I reserve the right      to: Cancel the commission immediately.    • My rigs must never be used for AI training - violation results in permanent blacklisting.
